My company decided to introduce new computer technology. We contacted a company and they sent a representative to look at my company, and gave us advice. They persuaded us to buy their system. Almost immediately there was a problem. Our customer records had been deleted. We lost lots of money. Also we found this system has never been installed at any other company, it's not like what they said before. Could you advise us as to any possible action we may have for misrepresentation against that company? Thank you very much!
